This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Renewrrligamenta provides refunds for consulting sessions, personalized plans, educational products, and program enrollments.

2. General Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the stage of delivery, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests are reviewed individually and processed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with personal outcomes from using our organizational frameworks or meal system tools, as individual results vary and depend on personal effort and circumstances. Refunds are evaluated based on service delivery issues, not outcome expectations.

3. Consulting and Guidance Sessions

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than forty-eight hours before scheduled session: Full refund of session fee or option to reschedule at no additional charge.
  • Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before scheduled session: Fifty percent refund or one free rescheduling within thirty days.
  • Less than twenty-four hours before scheduled session or no-show: No refund. A one-time rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

3.2 Cancellation by Renewrrligamenta

If we cancel a scheduled session due to facilitator unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.

3.3 Completed Sessions

Once a consulting session has been completed, the session fee is non-refundable. If you believe the session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within seven days with specific details for review.

4. Personalized Plans

4.1 Before Delivery

If you cancel a personalized plan order before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

4.2 After Delivery

Personalized plans are custom organizational documents created specifically for you. Once delivered, refunds are generally not available because the product cannot be resold. Exceptions may apply if:

  • The delivered plan materially differs from the agreed scope documented at purchase
  • Delivery occurred more than fourteen days after the agreed delivery date without prior notification
  • Technical issues prevented access to digitally delivered plans and were not resolved within seven days of your report

Refund requests for delivered plans must be submitted within fourteen days of delivery with detailed explanation.

5. Educational Products

5.1 Digital Products

Digital educational products, including workbooks, template libraries, and self-paced modules, may be refunded under the following conditions:

  • Refund requested within fourteen days of purchase
  • Less than twenty percent of digital content has been accessed or downloaded
  • No license keys or access credentials have been shared with third parties

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once substantial content has been accessed.

5.2 Physical Products

Physical educational materials may be returned within thirty days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged shipment)

Refunds for returned physical products are processed within fourteen business days of receiving the returned items.

6. Programs and Challenges

6.1 Before Program Start

Full refund available if cancellation occurs at least seven days before the program start date.

6.2 After Program Start

  • Within first seven days: Partial refund equal to the unused portion of the program, minus a fifteen percent administrative fee.
  • After seven days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply (documented personal emergency, relocation). Evaluated case by case.

6.3 Program Cancellation by Renewrrligamenta

If we cancel a program before or during its run, enrolled participants receive a full refund for any undelivered portion or credit toward a future program at their choice.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Full name and email address associated with the purchase
  • Order or transaction reference number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product or service purchased
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Upon receiving your refund request:

  • We acknowledge receipt within two business days
  • We review and respond with a decision within ten business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Bank or card processing times may add three to ten additional business days before funds appear in your account

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Delivered personalized plans outside the exceptions listed in Section 4
  • Digital products accessed beyond the threshold in Section 5
  • Program fees after the seven-day post-start window without exceptional circumstances
  • Third-party fees or charges not collected by Renewrrligamenta

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to purchased services pending resolution. We will provide documentation to payment processors as needed to resolve disputes fairly.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, and certain other jurisdictions may have additional rights including cooling-off periods for distance contracts. Contact us if you believe statutory rights apply to your purchase.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
